About the position

As the Registered Manager, you will assume the pivotal role of overseeing the daily operations of our care home, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently upheld. Your responsibilities will encompass the supervision and assessment of staff performance to ensure optimal care delivery and efficient facility management, all in adherence to our company’s policies and procedures.

While you’ll receive support from your Regional Manager and Operations Director, you’ll enjoy autonomy in managing the day-to-day operations within the home. Additionally, your expertise in marketing a care home and a demonstrated history of achieving favorable CQC reports, compliance, and registration will be invaluable assets in this role.
