Abdul Rifai, manager of Dungate Manor Care Home in Reigate, has been recognised for his outstanding care and commitment after being shortlisted for ‘Registered Manager of the Year’ at the Leaders in Care awards.
The awards acknowledge individuals for their excellence in driving a caring culture at their care homes.
Abdul Rifai is one of the five nominees to be shortlisted for the award, which is highly regarded amongst the care sector community.

Abdul’s Leaders in Care Award nomination follows the home achieving the top score on the care home review website Carehome.co.uk. In addition to this, Dungate Manor also secured a place in the website’s annual Top 20 Care Homes in the South East of England Awards.
